Auctions Are Open To The Public and now held online

No reservations are necessary, but some preparation might save you a headache:

• Auctions take place approximately every six weeks. Contact us or check in to our Facebook for the next date and time.
• If you win a unit, you have 48 hours to clear it completely. The unit needs to be swept clean, ready to be rented again. Storage charges will be applied after 48 hours.
• The auction is cash only. Sales tax is applied unless you carry a re-sale license. There is a refundable cash cleaning deposit assessed for each unit purchased.
• You will have the opportunity to assess the items up for auction in each unit before the auction begins. You may look from the door only. You may not enter the unit or touch any of the items inside. Flashlights come in handy.
